NJ Ticket Wins $1M In Powerball As 2 Tickets Split $632.6M Jackpot

The $632.6 million Powerball jackpot was won by tickets in California and Wisconsin, but someone in Ocean County is $1 million richer.

TRENTON, NJ — It may not be the jackpot, but someone in Ocean County is holding a Powerball ticket worth $1 million.

The ticket, which matched all five of the white balls in Wednesday's drawing, won the $1 million second-tier prize, New Jersey Lottery officials said.

That ticket was sold at Robin’s Convenience Store Deli & Grill, 1200 River Ave. (also known as Route 9) in Lakewood.

The winning numbers for the Wednesday, Jan. 5, drawing were: 06, 14, 25, 33, and 46. The Red Power Ball number was 17. The Multiplier number was 02.

The overall $632.6 million Powerball jackpot, the seventh-largest in the game's history, was split by two winning tickets, one in California and one in Wisconsin.
