The district is working to assist the families, she said. Jennifer Patella, a teacher from Oak Street School, bought clothing for the displaced students so they would have new clothes for the first day of school, and Bagel Nosh provided food for the families, Winters said.

Michael Inzelbuch, the district's attorney, was notified of the fire by township officials and was at the scene to assist students, Winters said.
