Carjacking Suspect Arrested In Lakewood, Person Injured: Police
Jackson police said the suspect is accused of punching the victim before taking off.

JACKSON, NJ β A person has been arrested in connection with a carjacking that happened Monday morning in Jackson, police confirmed.
Jackson Police Chief Matthew Kunz said one person suffered an injury from being punched and was being treated.
The suspect, who Kunz said allegedly assaulted several other people, was found and arrested in Lakewood by Jackson Police Officer Kevin Chesney.

The suspect was taken to the Jackson Police Department. Kunz said additional information is anticipated to be released later Monday.
