Fireworks Postponed In Lakewood Due To Storm Threat

LAKEWOOD, NJ — Lakewood officials have postponed Monday night's fireworks display due to the threat of thunderstorms.

The fireworks display will be rescheduled, the announcement said.

The Jersey Shore BlueClaws will have fireworks Tuesday following their baseball game.

"The Mayor and Committee wish everyone a very happy and safe Fourth of July," the announcement said.
