Lakewood Police Connect With Community At Hispanic Heritage Fair

The department's Community Resource Unit joined residents, law enforcement agencies and healthcare providers at the event.

LAKEWOOD, NJ — Lakewood police joined residents, fellow law enforcement agencies and local healthcare providers Saturday for the Hispanic Heritage Month and Wellness Fair at St. Anthony Claret Church.

The Lakewood Police Department’s Community Resource Unit took part in the event, according to the department.

Members of the unit answered questions, shared resources and connected with residents. Police said the event also offered an opportunity to strengthen community partnerships.
