Lakewood Repaves 12 Roads Across Downtown & Central Ave. Corridor
Crews completed the paving and restriping work in recent weeks as part of an ongoing infrastructure push.

LAKEWOOD, NJ - Lakewood Township has repaved and restriped a dozen roads across its downtown and Central Avenue corridor in recent weeks, continuing an infrastructure push that gained momentum during the spring season.
Township officials said crews worked through April — a particularly productive stretch that saw dozens of infrastructure projects completed or substantially advanced — and have kept up the pace since.
The warm weather has provided optimal conditions for paving work, officials noted, and crews have been taking steps to minimize traffic disruptions during peak hours.
