Lakewood Township to Host Drone, Fireworks Independence Day Celebration
The event will be held at Lake Carasaljo and will feature a patriotic drone show from Orion Skys.
LAKEWOOD, NJ — Lakewood Township will host an America’s 250th Birthday celebration on July 5.
The event will be held at Lake Carasaljo and will feature a patriotic drone show from Orion Skys.
The drone show will begin at 8:45 p.m. and lead into the fireworks show at 9 p.m.

"This year’s Independence Day celebration will truly be unlike any the Township has ever hosted before,” Mayor Coles said in a statement. “We look forward to celebrating this historic national milestone together with our friends and neighbors from throughout the Lakewood region.”
The event is free and open to the public with the drone show being viewable from both North and South Lake Drives.
