Lakewood Venue Says They Will Not Host Upcoming Hardcore, Metal Festival

LAKEWOOD, NJ — An upcoming New Jersey hardcore and metal festival is facing a venue issue after a Lakewood spot has said they will not host the event.

Earlier this month, organizers for Hellfest NJ said that the festival would move to Maggie's Fairgrounds from The Dome at Adventure Crossing in Jackson.

In a social media post on Wednesday, Maggie's set the record straight saying that "contrary to what is posted elsewhere, the 3-day Hellfest scheduled July 3-5 is not being held at Maggie's or in Pine Park. We have no further information regarding this event."

Hellfest NJ organizer have not released any other information after the new development.
