Search Underway For Missing Lakewood Girl
Police are searching for the teen, who has autism; she ran away from a family member, they said.
LAKEWOOD, NJ — Police were searching Wednesday night for a missing Lakewood teenager who has autism.
Jennifer Valle-Valiente, 17, was last seen in the area of Second Street and Park Avenue at about 6 p.m., Capt. Gregory Staffordsmith said, when she ran off from a family member.
She is described as between 4-foot-8 and 5-foot-4 and weighs about 130 pounds. She has black hair, black glasses and she was wearing a purple T-shirt, light gray sweatpants and black Nike sneakers when she went missing.
