12 Step Community Yoga

Saturdays 8 - 9 AM

Join us for a new community yoga class which will support transition and growth in your life.  Find peace and serenity on your mat, while incorporating basic Hatha poses into any 12-Step program.  Practice in a warm, friendly environment with Gwen R., who will guide you through an all-level series of Hatha poses, along with deep breathing and helpful guidance, for any practitioner looking to start or deepen their yoga practice.  Learn how complimentary yoga is to any 12-Step program, while being a part of a supportive and fun yoga community.  Drop-ins welcome!
