28-Year-Old Killed In Wednesday Morning Shooting In Mercer: Officials
Matthew Morales of Blackwood, NJ was fatally shot Wednesday morning in Hamilton Township, authorities said.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A 28-year-old man died after an early morning shooting Wednesday in Hamilton Township, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said.
Hamilton police officers responded to a shooting in progress in the 4900 block of S. Broad Street shortly after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, Onofri said.
On arrival, officers found Matthew Morales, 28, of Blackwood, NJ suffering from a gunshot wound. Morales was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead a short time later, Onofri said.

No arrests have been made. The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Hamilton Police Division are investigating.
