3 Arrested In Mercer County Drug Raid: Police
Over $4,200 in drugs was also seized, including heroin, Xanax and crack cocaine.

Three people have been arrested and $4,200 in drugs were seized following a two-month investigation that concluded on Tuesday, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said Friday morning.
Aaron Carter AKA “GUNZ,” 38, of Hamilton Township, is charged with four counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession with the intent to distribute. The prosecutor’s office has filed a motion to have him detained.
Carter was the target of the investigation, with multiple undercover detectives buying drugs from Carter over the two-month period, according to the prosecutor’s office.

On Tuesday, July 25, officers with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the Hamilton and Trenton police, under the command of the prosecutor’s Special Investigations Unit, executed search warrants at Carter’s home on Gwenyth Way.
During the search, investigators say they found two bundles of heroin 37 Xanax pills and nine bags of marijuana. Police arrested Carter, who they say was in possession of 24 bricks of heroin and $513, at this time.

The estimated street value of the seized narcotics is $4,200. A Chevrolet Impala and a Nissan 350Z were seized as drug proceeds.
Leroy Martin, 25, of Hamilton Township, was in Carter’s car at the time, according to the prosecutor’s office. He was found to have three bags of crack cocaine in his possession. He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Leteef Marsh, 24, of Hamilton Township, was arrested during a search of the home. He was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Both men were released pending further court proceedings.
