4 Lawrence High School Students Awarded $500 College Scholarships

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, NJ — Four Lawrence High School students have each received a $500 college scholarship from the Princeton Area Community Foundation, the foundation announced on Thursday.
They were among 18 high school students to share in $42,700 that will go toward attending the college of their choice. The Lawrence students, the scholarships they received and the colleges they will attend in the fall are listed below:
M. Elizabeth Cordwell Scholarship (1 year)

· Yasmine Haschicha, American University: $500
· Rebecca Jacob, Rutgers University: $500

· Jennifer Zoll, Johns Hopkins University: $500
· Sarah Zoll, Villanova University: $500
“We are very proud of these hard-working students, and wish them success as they continue their education,” Princeton Area Community Foundation President and CEO Jeffrey M. Vega said. “We are thankful for our loyal donors who have created scholarship funds so we can help these students.”
