9TH ANNUAL PICNIC GREATER ELDRIDGE PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION – GEPNA

The Greater Eldridge Park Neighborhood Association–GEPNA is having their 9th  Annual Picnic, this Saturday, June 21st, from 4:30 pm until 8:30 pm. It will be at our neighborhood park, “Eldridge Park”, located between Tulane and Greenfield Avenues. Bring your own picnic basket and lawn chair, come and have fun, and meet your neighbors and relax. The park has a playground for the children.

Let’s make this neighborhood picnic a no waste event. GEPNA is encouraging everyone to bring reusable containers and utensils.  We will provide filtered water for refills.  Since this is our neighborhood picnic you can just walk and/or bike to the park. 

This year the annual picnic sponsored by the Greater Edge Park Neighborhood Association – GEPNA is being held on June 21st, which is the Summer Solstice which marks the first day of Summer.  Rob Freeman, Steve Wolpert, and singer Rowena Hess will be performing at the park from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. This will be our first music event in the park.  We will also be having music in the Park on July 19th, and August 23rd, 2014 respectively; more details to follow.
