2 Hospitalized After Major Crash On Route 295 In Lawrence: Cops
Two people were hospitalized after a crash involving at least three cars on Route 295 in Lawrence Township Wednesday morning.
LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, NJ — Two people were hospitalized following a major crash on Route 295 in Lawrence Township Wednesday morning, according to New Jersey State Police.
The accident involved a tractor trailer, a Subaru Forester a Toyota Camry and a jeep, according to police. The tractor trailer was traveling south when it rear-ended the jeep, according to police. The jeep then hit the Subaru, which overturned and hit the Toyota.
The driver of the Subaru was hospitalized with serious injuries. The drivers of the Toyota and the Jeep suffered non-life threatening injuries. One was hospitalized, while the other suffered a minor injury and wasn't hospitalized. None of the drivers were identified by police on Wednesday.

The accident happened at milepost 69 in Lawrence Township at about 8:22 a.m., police said. Route 295 South had been closed between Route 206 and Princeton Pike until about 2 p.m.
“Residual delays will be encountered while traffic returns to normality,” Lawrence Township police said in an alert. “Please use caution while traveling in this or the surrounding areas.”
