The franchise, founded in Las Vegas in 1997 by Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz as a home-based baking venture, has grown into what the company describes as the nation's leading specialty cake brand, with hundreds of locations across the United States and Canada.

The Hamilton location offers a range of flavors topped with the brand's signature cream cheese frosting, available in sizes ranging from bite-sized Bundtinis to full celebration cakes.

"Our community is always looking for new ways to celebrate life's special milestones, and having a nationally recognized, high-quality bakery like this right here in the Hamilton Marketplace is a win for our residents and our local economy," Martin said.

The other location is on 3495 Rt. 1, Princeton, near Whole Foods.
