Spruce Street Repaving In Lawrenceville To Begin Oct. 13

Mercer County crews will work between Princeton Avenue and Arctic Parkway, with delays and temporary closures possible.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — Drivers in Lawrence Township should plan for delays starting next week as repaving begins on Spruce Street.

Work is expected to begin on or about Tuesday, Oct. 13, on Spruce Street between Princeton Avenue and Arctic Parkway. Motorists should expect delays and temporary road closures in the area.

Crews will generally work between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., but the hours could start earlier or run later if needed. The project is expected to take about 10 days.

The Mercer County Department of Transportation is doing the work. The county said the project is part of its ongoing effort to improve roads throughout the area.

Officials asked drivers to be patient while the work is completed.
