On Monday, May 19th, 2014, the Garden Gate Garden Club of Lawrenceville invites the public to a program with Mercer County Horticulturist Barbara Bromley.
Afraid to take up gardening? Think it is too hard? The concept of “Anyone Can Garden” was developed by horticulturist Barbara Bromley for people who live in apartments, have small backyards, have physical disabilities, or are experiencing the limitations of aging bodies.

Barbara will cover the rewards of container gardening, raised beds, selecting the right plants for your situation, and new tools that make gardening easier. Barbara Bromley is the Mercer County Horticulturist and has trained hundreds of Master Gardener volunteers over the years.

The program begins at 7:00 pm at the Lawrence Township Senior Center, 30 Darrah Lane East. Parking is adjacent to the building.
