The concept of "Anyone can Garden" was developed by horticulturist Barbara Bromley for people who live in apartments, have small backyard, physical disabilities or are experiencing the limitation of aging bodies and many more.

Barbara Bromley is the Mercer County Horticulturist and has trained hundreds of Master Gardener volunteers over the years.
