Lawrenceville Man Admits Paying Children To Perform Sex Acts Online
Curtis Thompson admitted coercing minors into engaging in sex acts and streaming them online.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — A Lawrenceville man has admitted to paying a minor to engage in sexual acts and stream it online, Acting U.S. Attorney William E. Fitzpatrick said on Wednesday.
Curtis E. Thompson, 32, pleaded guilty to an information charging him with one count of production of child pornography. Thompson has been in custody since he was charged on Nov. 10, 2015.
Thompson admitted that from May through September of 2015, he communicated with a person younger than 18 and their friends on Facebook Messenger and through Facetime on his phone, according to documents filed in the case and statements made in court.

He admitted that he encouraged them to engage in sexual acts and recording it and streaming it online, and that he offered them money to do so, authorities said.
Thompson faces up to 20 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release. Sentencing is scheduled for April 13.
