Community Invited To Discuss Future Of Lawrence Schools

A community discussion on the future of the Lawrence Township Public School District will take place March 25.

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Lawrence Township Public School District is inviting parents, community members and staff to participate in a discussion about the future of the district.

“Community Conversation for Strategic Planning: A 2020 Vision For Our Schools” will take place in the Lawrence High School Commons from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. March 25. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

“Our world is changing at an increasingly rapid pace,” the district said in a release. “We are actually preparing students today for tomorrow’s workplace. Thus, education must provide skills and knowledge students will need in the future. Lawrence Township Public Schools is committed to providing our students with the highest quality education possible and to helping every child we serve to achieve his or her fullest potential.”
