Flood Watch In Eastern Pennsylvania And Parts Of New Jersey

Predictions of heavy rain have compelled the National Weather Service to issue a flood watch for eastern Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey.

As much as two to four inches of rain will fall on northeast Pennsylvania and northern and central New Jersey Wednesday and Thursday, causing pockets of stream and river flooding, according to the National Weather Service.

The watch will extend to Thursday, when the crests of the major rivers will rise after the rain ends.
