MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A Florida-based cookie franchise opened its first New Jersey location in Hamilton recently, marking a rebranding and expansion of the concept formerly known as Blueprint Cookies.

Mayor Jeff Martin joined the official ribbon cutting of Cookie Head at 199 Sloan Ave. on Feb. 17. The Hamilton location is among the first to open under the Cookie Head name, officials said.

The brand describes itself as a chef-driven, small-batch cookie concept offering signature "core cookies" — including chocolate chip, cookies and cream, sugar, and chocolate peanut butter — alongside rotating monthly flavors.
