Free guided birding trip to Johnson Farms in August with Washington Crossing Audubon

Guided trip open to public to see migrating shorebirds and resident birds at Johnson Farms.

Join Washington Crossing Audubon Society (www.washingtoncrossingaudubon.org) at 8:30 AM on Saturday, August 22 for a free, public birding trip led by Charles Brine and Brad Merritt at Johnson Farms (previously known as the Sod Farm). We will be looking for such migrating shorebirds as Baird’s, Pectoral, Upland and Buff-breasted Sandpipers, and Gold and Black-bellied plovers, in addition to sparrows and horned larks.

Since this is a long trip, we will meet at Princeton Shopping Center at 7 AM to allow participants to carpool.

Please contact Brad Merritt at 609-921-8964 or Charles Brine at 609-924-3819 to register.
