Gregorys Coffee To Open At Lawrence’s Quaker Bridge Mall

Apart from fresh coffee, Gregorys serves a 'plant-forward menu' that incorporates seasonal ingredients.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – A new coffee shop is all set to open in Lawrenceville. Gregorys Coffee is officially opening in Quaker Bridge Mall on Thursday, May 23, at 9 a.m. This is their sixth location in New Jersey and 40th country-wide.

“We are excited to introduce our sixth location in New Jersey and welcome more Gregulars into our family,” said Gregory Zamfotis, Founder and CEO of Gregorys Coffee. “As a resident of New Jersey, I’m keen on having another one of our shops close to home, and personally getting to know our new customers.”

Gregorys serves quality coffee without compromising on service or price. They make fresh coffee every 30 minutes and bake fresh pastries in-house daily. They have an innovative, “plant-forward” menu that incorporates seasonal ingredients.

“” With drinks ranging from our refreshers to cold brew concoctions as well as delicious vegan eats, Gregorys is well-positioned to cater to the wide range of customers that shop here,” said René Puerta, Director of Marketing at Gregorys.

Gregorys Coffee customers, or gregulars, can participate in the Gregorys Coffee rewards program by downloading the app and ordering ahead or paying in-store via the app.

Founded in 2006 by Gregorys Zamfotis, the coffee shop first opened at 327 Park Avenue South in Manhattan, NY.

Gregorys also sells its locally-roasted coffee online and in stores.

Headquartered in New York City, Gregorys now has operations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., California and Texas.
