Have a Special Request? Eagle's Cleaning Staff Can Handle It

When you hire a New Jersey cleaning company for your business, you want to make that they’ll do whatever you need to make sure that your office or retail space looks great and stays germ-free. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case.

It’s not that their cleaning services are lazy or bad at what they do (though obviously there are plenty of those fly-by-night companies around, too). These are professional cleaners who do a wonderful job – but only with the specific services that they outline for you in advance and are typically the “common” cleaning services that any professional can handle. If you run across a cleaning issue that’s a little out of the ordinary, chances are slim that they’ll be able to take care of it for you.

There are completely valid reasons why many of these companies don’t take “special request” jobs. Often they just don’t have the equipment, manpower, knowledge, or ability to take on certain tasks that stray from the norm.

Eagle is different because we employ well-trained cleaners and have experience handling all kinds of jobs and environments. A large percentage of our business comes from cleaning schools and medical facilities, so our employees are skilled in a wide variety of cleaning tasks and protocols.

We also strive to make ourselves available to clients whenever they need us. What does this mean? That if an emergency occurs in the middle of the night and you have a cleaning disaster on your hands, we’ll be happy to take your call and get someone there so that you can get back to business as quickly as possible.

Additionally, one of our owners actually sits down with every new client and creates a personalized cleaning plan to fit their needs and budget. This means that some of these “special requests” can even be built into your regular service ahead of time after you explain what you want done.

You might think that you don’t need any of these extra skills if you just have a typical New Jersey office that mostly requires your cleaners to vacuum, empty the trash, and keep toilet paper stocked, but you never know when something unforeseen (that demands a bit more skill) might happen. One thing you never want is to be stuck with a cleaning job that your service isn’t able to handle.
