The event will raise funds to complete the remaining four segments of the 20-mile multi-use trail connecting Hopewell and Lawrence townships, according to the Lawrence Hopewell Trail, a nonprofit funded by grants and private donations.
“While many people already enjoy running, walking, and cycling on the trail, this event is an opportunity to bring our community together at one of its most scenic locations for a morning of fun, recreation, and purpose," said David Sandahl, chair of the Lawrence Hopewell Trail Board of Trustees. "We are deeply grateful to everyone supporting the important work of completing the loop.”
