LHS Freshmen Get a Jump Start on School Year

Some 200 freshmen attended orientation this week.

Incoming Lawrence High School (LHS) ninth graders got a head start on their high school careers on Monday.

The LHS Student Leadership Team directed freshmen orientation, helping the approximately 200 new high schoolers who attended learn the ins and outs of life at the school, according to the district website.

The incoming freshman received information on the essentials, such as academic requirements and where to find their homerooms and lockers.
