LIFE St. Francis Welcomes New Medical Director
In this role, Dr. Liebman will oversee the medical aspects of all LIFE St. Francis participant care
Rachel Liebman, DO, was recently named Medical Director of LIFE St. Francis.
LIFE St. Francis, a Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is based in Bordentown, NJ, and enables seniors to receive comprehensive health care while remaining in the comfort of their home and community. At the LIFE St. Francis Center, seniors receive health care, nutritious meals, and participate in activities with others so they may remain active and social. In this role, Dr. Liebman will oversee the medical aspects of all LIFE St. Francis participant care. She will also be responsible for clinical outcomes, oversight of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program, and will provide direction to primary care providers. A board-certified family physician, Dr. Liebman previously worked in several private practices and other medical settings.
Dr. Liebman earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital.
