Man Indicted In Fatal Assault At Mercer County Forensic Center
Dwayne Hester is accused of punching a fellow patient at the Ann Klein Forensic Center, causing him to fall and fatally injure his head.

A 51-year-old man has been indicted on charges of aggravated manslaughter for an assault that took place in February at the Ann Klein Forensic Center in Trenton, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced on Friday.
Dwayne Hester was indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on one count of first-degree aggravated manslaughter in the death of Daniel Rodriguez. Both were patients at the Ann Klein Forensic Center at the time of the assault.
Hester is accused of punching Rodriguez, knocking him to the floor and causing a cranial fracture and brain hemorrhaging. Hester was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated assault by New Jersey State Police on Feb. 22. Rodriguez died on March 20, as a result of his injuries.
