Position Summary:

This part time role is responsible for supporting the implementation of best practices by helping Billtrust client's drive electronic billing.  Activities will include contacting customers by phone and email to educate them on the role electronic billing can play and tracking eAdoption results. Reports to a Team Lead; part-time/daytime hours-approx. 20 hours a week during weekdays. 

Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to contact customers by phone and email to educate them on electronic bill delivery options
• Conduct research using Billtrust's proprietary technology
• Convert customers from paper to electronic bill delivery
• Track conversion activity

Qualifications:

• Strong interest and proven skills in marketing/sales function
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel
• Ability to successfully conduct online research
• Solid comfort level in making outbound calls
