Mediterranean Restaurant Chain Cava Officially Opens In Lawrenceville

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Cava, a Mediterranean restaurant chain recently opened a new location in Lawrenceville.

The restaurant is located at 3371 Brunswick Pike, Store 38B. The new location officially opened during the weekend.

Their menu includes spicy lamb bowls, falafel bowls, lemon chicken bowls, pita wraps, various dips like hummus and harissa and an assortment of drinks and desserts.

Cava opened its first restaurant in 2010, serving Mediterranean food in an accessible fast-casual format.

“CAVA’s inspiration is rooted in the entire Mediterranean meal experience, notably that feeling-so-cared-for genuine expression of hospitality and warmth,” according to their website.

Their other locations in New Jersey are in Bridgewater, Jersey City, Moorestown, Paramus, Ramsey and Wayne.

The Lawrenceville location is open from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m.
