Mercer County Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Developmentally Disabled Woman

A Mercer County man has been charged with sexual assault for impregnating a 21-year-old developmentally disabled woman, nj.com reports.
Prosecutors allege 59-year-old Higinio Jimenez was renting a room in the woman’s mother’s house, and had sex with the woman while he was living there, according to the report.
After the woman’s mother realized she was pregnant, she told her "something had been going on with (Jimenez)," according to the report. The woman was unable to consent because of her mental condition.
