Mercer County Parolee Arrested for Illegal Gun Possession: Sheriff
Authorities say they found 2 loaded handguns at Dontay Brannon's home Monday morning.

A Mercer County man was arrested and two loaded handguns were confiscated during a search of the suspect’s home Monday morning, Mercer County Sheriff Jack Kemler said.
Dontay Brannon, 28, was charged with two counts of unlawful handgun possession, one count of possession of handgun by someone having being convicted of enumerated offenses, and resisting arrest.
Earlier this month, authorities learned that Brannon, who is on parole, was in possession of illegal guns, Kemler said.

The Mercer County Sheriff s Office, the New Jersey State Parole Board, and the U.S. Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force searched Brannon’s home on the 400 block of New Willow Street in Trenton Monday morning.
Authorities say officers found two loaded handguns: a Smith and Weston 38 Special revolver, and a 45-caliber Sig Sauer P-220 pistol.

Brannon was arrested, and has been lodged at the Mercer County Correction Center on violation of parole. He is being held without bail.
