Seven Mercer County Sheriff’s Officers were honored with this year’s Unit Citation Award at the State Policeman’s Benevolent Association’s Annual Valor Award Ceremony on Saturday at Caesar’s in Atlantic City, Mercer County Sheriff Jack Kemler said.

The Unit Citation is awarded to law enforcement units, which display outstanding performance, gallantry, determination, and esprit de corps in accomplishing their duties under difficult or hazardous conditions.
