The restaurant is scheduled to open in October at the lower level of the mall, by Entrance 1.
Ramen Nagomi focuses on creating unique, flavorful Japanese ramen from scratch, highlighting organic and premium quality ingredients.

According to the businesses’ website, "Nagomi" is a Japanese character meaning comfort and harmony.
The establishment adds that it prides itself on humanely raised, hormone and antibiotic-free meat products and abiding closely to a Japanese philosophy of cooking.

"Following a Japanese philosophy of cooking with an appetite for innovation, we have crafted a variety of broths to satisfy everyone's palette and craving," the establishment said on its website.
Ramen Nagomi has two other locations in New Jersey - New Brunswick and Freehold.
Their lengthy menu offering includes gyoza, bao buns, tempura, donburi, and ramen bowls.
