New Wine Bar And Gift Shop Opens At Quaker Bridge Mall

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ - A new wine bar and gift shop is now open at the Quaker Bridge Mall. Old York Cellars Wine Bar and Gift Shop officially opened its second NJ satellite location this holiday season at Quaker Bridge Mall, representatives announced.

At 2,122 square feet, it brings a broad range of award-winning wine varieties to mall visitors and area residents. It can be found on the first floor, near the Cheesecake Factory and Guest Services.

“We are thrilled to welcome Old York Cellars to Quaker Bridge Mall and expand our portfolio of offerings,” Quaker Bridge Mall Director of Marketing and Business Development Ashley Pompei said. “We’re eager to provide a unique and memorable experience to the surrounding community and all of our shoppers during the busiest and most festive time of year.”

The Old York Cellars winery is located in Ringoes and boasts 25 acres of preserved farmland and 13 acres of rolling vineyards, planted in 1979. Expanding its reach to Lawrenceville area residents, Old York Cellars offers a full selection of varietals, blends and fruit wines for guests to savor by the glass, flight or bottle at its newest location.

Along with wine, Old York serves up items such as the Cheese Plate with gouda, cheddar, manchego and drunken goat cheeses with ciabatta bread, crackers and dried fruit; the Hummus Trio featuring roasted red pepper and garlic hummus served with ciabatta bread, carrots and celery; and the signature Old York Cellars Board with a selection of gouda, manchego and drunken goat cheeses, prosciutto, salami, ciabatta bread, honey, mixed nuts, dried fruit and olives.

There is also a gift shop that serves up wine-infused sauces, vineyard honey, wine-scented soaps and candles, along with unique wine accessories and custom wine labels. With a $10 day-membership, visitors can enjoy a wine tasting at the bar with available chocolate, truffle and cupcake pairings.
