Photo Gallery: Sunny Day Fun at Lawrenceville Main Street Jubilee
In a taste of small town Americana, 4,000 people turned out for the 14th Annual Lawrenceville Main Street Jubilee on a gorgeous afternoon this past Sunday.
Record-breaking crowds turned out to celebrate the 14th Annual Lawrenceville Main Street Jubilee that was held on Sunday (April 29).
The day began with the dedication of a copper beech tree on the grounds of the Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville in memory of Leah Deni, a Lawrence Township native and ardent environmentalist who died at the age of 25 in 2004 from a blood infection.
Modeled after an old-fashioned street fair, the Jubilee offered attendees live music, great food, rides, games, and other activities. Beautiful weather helped draw the crowd, which was estimated at about 4,000 people.
