Redeveloper Presents Vision For Lawrence’s Princeton Pike Office Park

The redeveloper is expected to come back to the planning board with a formal application in a few months.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – During the Planning Board’s Aug. 7 meeting, the proposed redeveloper of Princeton Pike Office Park presented their vision for the site.

Presenting the site plan as a space to “work, live and play” Louis Reynolds of Reynolds Asset Management LLC spent an hour outlining the proposed redevelopment of the site. Reynolds’s company owns the office park.

During the presentation, Reynolds told officials they plan to demolish three of the six office buildings and replace them with a mixed-use development. The development would include 17,000 square feet of retail space and 204 rental apartments, with some set aside for affordable housing.

In total, the Princeton Pike Office Park has 275,000 square feet of office space in six buildings. While one building is vacant the others are partially occupied. Three office buildings at the rear of the park would not be demolished, Reynolds said.

The redevelopers also have plans to speak with local restaurants to move to the retail space. “It would be a huge upgrade,” Reynolds said.
