Santander Bank To Close 3 Mercer County Locations In March
The bank will be closing four NJ locations in March, including three in Mercer County.

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — Santander Bank is closing three Mercer County locations in March.
Branches located in Princeton, Hamilton and Robbinsville are set to close in March, a company spokesperson told Patch. They will also be closing one Camden County branch.
- Princeton – The location at 188 Nassau Street will close on March 16. Customers can still bank at 44 Princeton-Hightstown Road, Princeton Junction.
- Hamilton – The 1700 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Township location is set to close on March 23. Customers can use the location at Broad at 2465 South Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ.
- Robbinsville - Santander Bank located at 2371 Route 33, Robbinsville will close March 30, and customers can bank at Nottingham at 2730 Nottingham Way, Mercerville.
“Like many industries, our customer’s preferences have changed, with more customers choosing to bank with us online,” the bank said in a statement. “Therefore, we are reimagining the customer and employee experience by simplifying our process, refining our branch footprint, and increasing our investment in digital capabilities to align with the evolving needs of our customers.”

The bank has closed 18 percent (more than 100) of its branches since June of 2020 and plans to close more, according to Philadelphia Business Journal.
Santander Bank still has more than 150 locations in Garden State, the company website shows.
