South Jersey Murder Suspect Captured: Police
On Friday, police said he and his girlfriend may be in Mercer County. They were captured in Philadelphia.

A Lindenwold man charged in connection with a fatal shooting that took place earlier this month was arrested along with his girlfriend on Friday night in Philadelphia, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office announced.
On Friday, police announced that 28-year-old Terrill Chandler was charged with first-degree murder in the death of 25-year-old Dominique Vivett. At the time, police said he may be traveling with his girlfriend, 26-year-old Victoria Harris, and that they may be in the Trenton area. Harris was also wanted by the Camden County Superior Court on an outstanding warrant.
Police provided images of both suspects, and received tips from the community about their whereabouts, according to the prosecutor’s office. As a result of this tips, Chandler and Harris were arrested by the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Taskforce in the area of Broad and Erie streets in Philadelphia.

They were both being held in Philadelphia correctional facility awaiting extradition to Camden County Correctional Facility pending a pretrial detention hearing as of Saturday. Under recent Criminal Justice Reform rules, the court may order they be detained or released with conditions.
Police found Vivett laying on the ground outside in the Arborwood Apartment Complex at about 4:06 p.m. on April 3, after receiving 9-1-1 calls about the shooting. Vivett was transported by EMS to Cooper University Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries at about 5:26 p.m.
