SteelFit Championships Lawrenceville Qualifier

The SteelFit Championships, a series of intense qualifying fitness competitions
leading up to the championship on the Jersey Shore, will host its third qualifier at
the Lawrenceville National Guard Armory on Saturday, May 17th at
approximately 9:00 AM. With the qualifiers being held in National Guard Armories
across the Garden State, the top competitors from each qualifier will advance to
the championship on June 21st at Jenkinson’s Beach in Point Pleasant.


Athletes will
compete in four separate exercises that utilize varying aspects of fitness. The
competition will not be strictly strength biased but also challenge competitors
in endurance and body weight mechanics. The top qualifiers from each division
will then compete in the championship with prizes being awarded to first,
second, and third place finishers.
