Kelly Reilly Returns as Executive Director of The Terraces at Seacrest Village

The Terraces at Seacrest Village in Little Egg Harbor has announced the return of a familiar and highly regarded leader, welcoming back Kelly Reilly as the assisted living community’s new executive director. Reilly, who previously served in the role from 2015 to 2024, is eager to build upon the community’s strong reputation for excellence and high-quality care.

A seasoned healthcare executive with more than 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, Reilly specializes in assisted living management. She began her career in 2009 as assistant activities director at Seacrest Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center (then Seacrest Village Nursing and Rehabilitation).

“Little Egg Harbor has been like home to me for the past 17 years,” said Reilly. “Many Seacrest residents and staff members have been part of my journey, and I’m grateful for the lasting relationships I’ve built. I’m happy to be back at The Terraces at Seacrest Village and look forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.”

Reilly attended Atlantic Cape Community College and is currently pursuing an associate degree in nursing. She is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator in New Jersey, as well as a Certified Home Health Aide and Certified Medication Aide in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Under her leadership, The Terraces received a 2023 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).
