• Former Red Bank Police Chief James Clayton Remembered (tworivertimes.com) — Donations in memory of former Red Bank Police Chief James Clayton are being directed in part to Little Silver EMS, giving local residents a way to honor his decades of public service. Clayton, a Vietnam veteran and lifelong Red Bank resident, led the police department as chief for eight years and is remembered as a calm, caring presence by colleagues and family.
