Kessler Rehabilitation Center to present a FREE Seminar on Preventing Back Injuries

Learn how to prevent back injuries by attending a free seminar hosted by the Kessler Rehabilitation Center (www.kessler-pt.com) located at 2345 Route 66, Ocean, N.J. on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 12 noon.

            Kessler physical therapists will demonstrate proper and improper lifting techniques, basic core strengthening exercises and discuss methods for improving posture.     

             Kessler Rehabilitation Center provides physical therapy services for individuals with orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, sports and work-related injuries, arthritis and balance disorders at this location. Kessler accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare, and offers flexible scheduling, including early morning and evening appointments.
