New Barnabas Health Medical Group Internal Medicine Practice Opens in Ocean Twp.

Michael J. Disciglio, M.D. F.A.C.P., Rajneesh G. Mehta, M.D., and Richard B. Meltzer, M.D., FACP, each specializing in Internal Medicine, have opened a new Medical Office location as part of Barnabas Health Medical Group, in partnership with Monmouth Medical Center. The new office is located at Plaza II 1300 Highway 35 South Suites 101-103, Ocean, New Jersey.

“The new primary care office location for Drs. Disciglio, Mehta and Meltzer provides residents of Ocean Township and surrounding areas extremely convenient access to three outstanding internal medicine professionals,” said Frank J. Vozos, M.D., FACS, President and Chief Executive Officer, Monmouth Medical Center. “Both their current and new patients will be extremely pleased with this new state-of-the-art medical office.”

Dr. Disciglio earned his medical degree from the American University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and conducted his residency in Internal Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Geriatrics Medicine. Dr. Disciglio is a member of the American College of Physicians and is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Mehta received his medical degree from the B.J. Medical College, Gujarat University in India.  He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine with Monmouth Medical Center. Dr. Mehta is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Meltzer earned his medical degree from the University of Basel Switzerland, and fulfilled his Residency in Internal Medicine with Monmouth Medical Center.  He is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physician and is Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Disciglio, Mehta or Meltzer, please call (732) 531-6400. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., which additional evening hours for each physician. Same day appointments are available. Barnabas Health Medical Group accepts most major insurances.
