This fun and interactive seminar will be held on June 5, 2013, at Tower Hill Presbyterian Church in Red Bank, NJ.
Our medical professionals will inspire you with presentations on the benefits and impact of exercise, nutrition, medication and other therapies on PD. There will be opportunity to meet other families coping with PD as well as time to share experiences and ideas and learn about community resources available for you.
The forum is free and lunch is included. Due to limited seating you must call or email CAROL for a reservation.
