Asbury Park Man Facing 20 Years In State Prison For Heroin Distribution

A Bayville man and an Asbury Park man who were both part of the ”Britt-Young DTO - a drug trafficking ring - have both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute heroin in both Ocean and Monmouth counties, U. S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman said.
The two each pleaded guilty to one count before U. S. District Court Judge Peter G. Sheridan on Monday.

Robert Ketcham, 28, conspired with Young and others to distribute heroin in the two counties between Feb. 2013 and Dec. 2013. The ”Britt-Young DTO” organization was responsible for the distribution of between 60 to 100 grams of heroin, Fishman said.
Kenneth Greenhow , 41 Asbury Park, was involved with the drug trafficking ring between Oct. 2013 and March 2014, he said.

Both men each face up to 20 years in state prison and up to $1 million in fines, Fishman said.
