Did you hear this call echoing out of Wolf Hill School last week? It was the sound of NJASK boot camp, a school wide get psyched event. Students dressed in camouflage for their monthly morning meeting and joined together for some boot camp style calisthenics. They were all smiles as they learned to try their best on the upcoming standardized testing.

The boot camp was the idea of fourth grade teacher Michelle Mastriana who wanted to give students a fun way to focus on test prep.

In an email to parents she said, "We are working hard to bring America back to its high standings in the world. Back to number one, not 17 that we are presently ranked. I told the students we are going to start right here at Wolf Hill School. We will get there by doing our best and through rigorous work. "
