Backyard Composting Workshop

 Reduce waste and improve your soil! Learn about the practical tips of composting in our 45 minute presentation!  

 The LS Environmental Commission hosts representatives from the Monmouth County Planning Board in a free backyard compost workshop. Space is limited and pre-registration required.   

The compost workshop is free however Earth Machines will be available for a cost of $35. 

Please indicate you are purchasing Earth Machine upon registering.  Make checks payable to Monmouth County Grant Fund.   

Register in one of three ways:

1)      Mail in your name, address, phone and workshop date/time to:

Monmouth County Planning Board, Compost Workshop, Hall of Record Annex, One East Main Street, Freehold, NJ 07728. 

 Include $35 check for Earth Machine if applicable.

2)      Sign-up in Little Silver Boro Hall.  Sign-up sheet located at front desk.

3)      Email Bonnie Akey at bonw@aol.com with your name, address, phone # and if you are ordering an Earth Machine.
